🛒 1. Products & Quality Assurance

• All jewelry is crafted in 10K, 14K, 18K Gold or 925 Sterling Silver.

• We use 100% original CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) lab-grown diamonds.

• Diamond certifications (IGI/SGL) are available on request at an additional cost.

💳 2. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

• For customized or international orders, advance payment is mandatory.

• Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and PayPal.

🧾 3. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

• A confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp once the order is accepted.

🧑‍🎨 4. Customization Policy

• Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

• Any customization request will require 7–14 working days for production.

🚚 5. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer worldwide shipping.

• Delivery timelines vary based on location and product customization.

• Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility for international orders.

• We are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners.

🔄 6. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the item is unused and in original condition.

• An unboxing video is mandatory to claim for damaged products.

• Returns must reach us within 15 days of shipment from our facility.

• Refunds processed within 15 business days post inspection.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

• Exchanges are allowed only on non-discounted items and only for damaged products.

• Report damages within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.
