We at Zarna Jewels strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our return and refund policy below:

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Return is only applicable if the product is:

  • In original, unused condition

  • With all tags, certificates, invoices, and packaging intact

• Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Items purchased during sales or special offers

  • Products damaged due to usage, size mismatch, or customer error (e.g., gold purity, color preference)

📦 Return Process

2. Provide your Order ID and Unboxing Video as mandatory proof in case of damage.

3. Return must be shipped and reach us within 15 days from the date of shipment from our side.

4. Ensure all original items, including any free gifts, are returned.

💸 Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after quality inspection and approval.

• If the product is not damaged but returned within 7 days, shipping charges will be deducted.

• If the product is damaged and verified, the full refund will be processed.

🔁 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for non-discounted items and only if the product is damaged.

• Claims for damaged products must be made within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing video proof.

• Customized products are not eligible for return or cancellation.

• Zarna Jewels reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.

• All return and refund matters will be governed under Surat (Gujarat, India) jurisdiction.
